Phase 1: Selection of Services

Our SEO section will also be happy to speak with you on the phone regarding
the SEO strategies for your site. Once you are ready for targeted optimization to begin on
your site, you may choose a service from our store or contact us by using our Proposal Form. You may want to include a link building package .
An order confirmation email will be sent to you within two business days of your online request.
Phase 2: META Keyword Analysis
Jolly Moon will begin with your suggestions and look at your site to find a list of keywords to start the process. Our SEO section will then perform keyword research based on traffic and your competition. Your internet logs from your site (if available) will be analyzed to see what the search spiders and robots are doing behind the scenes. Then we can
recommend further optimization.
Phase 3: WebSite Analysis
At this phase, your WebSite will be fully critiqued by our SEO Section. An coding validation will be performed on your site's home page and links, ensuring that all it is in optimum order for the search engines to easily spider through all of your website's text. Minor adjustments may be made at this point in order to increase "robotability."
Jolly Moon will also scan through your site's links to find any broken ones and missing images and aslo check your site's server status for problems or errors that could create problems when the search engine spiders attempt to crawl through your site. Our behind the scene analysis will ensure much higher search engine rankings .
Phase 4: Text Writing
During this phase, text will be created using your finalized keyword list (from
Phase 2). The text will be written by one of our verbose, encyclopedic minded
staff and uploaded into optimized pages for you. We know where to place content pertinent text within your WebSite to ensure a much better result from the search engine spiders.
Phase 5: Submission and Report
Many important things happen during the Submission and Report phase. Your domain name will be submitted manually to 10-20 major search engines websites, and your site will also be submitted to multiple minor search engines and important directories. These are automated, and very important "manual" submissions, from which the most reputable and desirable results occur. A site map will be created for your site, linking everything to your newly optimized pages. Jolly Moon will make changes to your homepage code and text as necessary and then we run several initial ranking reports on your site to determine where your webpages might already be indexing in the major search engines. Most often, appreciable results take severl months to occur unless you have a very unique product like : "purple people eaters".
Phase 6: Completion and Maintenance
When the changes to your site have been made and the submission and reporting phase is completed, we will send you a completion report that will contain your initial submissions standings and additional tips (as necessary) for keeping your site search engine friendly, optimized, and as high in the rankings as can be expected given the specific nature of your products and goals. A second ranking report will be provided to you about 90 days from WebSite's "go LIVE date", and again at about six months to help you track your progress to gaining higher positions in the search engines. After the 90 day report, you may also want to consider an additional
