Heroes...
Our first heroes are the founders
and chief supporters of our kennel - Dee & Jon Hansen.
Without them there would be no Companion Greyhounds. And for that
matter, there wouldn't be any of the 800 + dogs we have rescued
and placed since they began this crusade in 1992. They are true
examples of the positive impact a single person can have on the
lives of so many.
Second, all of the volunteers who donate their money, time,
blood, sweat, and tears to the cause of saving a few pointy
ear'd, long nosed, critters. Only they can understand the
importance of what we do; Or see a greyhound jump into the car
with a new family, and see that it is all worth it.
Third, the owners of these incredible dogs. You were brave enough
to give a skinny, long-legged dog a try. Your reward is the
unconditional love of your new child.
Never let anyone revoke your right to free
speech, especially your own government!
